How do I start?
Im new and I was wondering how I could RP? (And if it was okay to RP in notes; depending on the person im RPing with?)

It's totally ok to RP in notes! A lot of people do that especially with content that might not be appropriate and such. What you would do is look at which characters are available, then send a submission to be accepted (the form is on one of the links on our front page). However, I know that most of us aren't really RPing on here anymore because of school/work since most of us are in university now.
Are there still active rp'ers around here? ))
